There will be a regular inspection of electric facilities, as described below.
Some facilities and services will be suspended during the inspection.
We regret the significant inconvenience this may cause our guests and ask for your understanding and cooperation on this matter.

Confirmation of automatic startup of emergency generator, sprinkler pump startup test, emergency elevator operation test, inspection and cleaning of equipment in the distribution board

* Please also note in advance that the hours are subject to change.
* We will stop elevators, lighting, air conditioning equipment etc during power outage.
